Returns

You, the customer, have 30 days to return your purchase from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopen and in the exact condition of when you received it. 

- Your item MUST be in the original packaging

- You MUST present the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once HELLO WHITE receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that the item has been received and confirm the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will immediately refund your payment to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
